2023 Dampier Classic

Congratulations to everyone who competed in the 2023 Dampier Classic - even with high winds and rough seas, there were some incredible catches.  Well done to “Aquatic Hooligan” who claimed the coveted John Berthelson trophy with 1614 points.

This is a wonderful community occasion, once again hosted by the King Bay Game Fishing Club, and our thanks go to their President, Leon Brislane, for allowing Leichhardt the opportunity to sponsor the event and present the prizes on awards night.
